Refunds
If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, or additional charges may apply. We cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled or modified.
If the product arrives damaged or if we made an error and it cannot be corrected, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a full refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs if you choose to return the product for a refund.

How to Return a Product
You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Help Center: provide your original order number, details of the product(s) you are returning, and your name.
2. Package carefully: ensure all return products are in their original condition and packaging to avoid additional charges.
3. Choose your shipping method: send the package to our address using your preferred shipping method.
4. Save your tracking number: keep the tracking number and, if possible, email it to us so we can track the return. It's important to insure the return package in case of any issues during transit.
Please note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling or gift-wrap charges. We will provide a full refund for the original purchase only.
