Our subscription service is designed for customers who are familiar with our products and want to save both money and time by setting up a recurring delivery of their favorite items. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before subscribing.

3. Stock and Shipping
All subscription orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to ship your initial order within 24 hours of receiving payment. Subsequent shipments will occur around the same day of each month as your original subscription date. Please be aware that unforeseen issues such as shipping delays or product backorders may occur. Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. No refunds will be provided for delays or backorders.
Once your product is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.
4. Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address during the subscription term, please email us at helpcenter@hiddenvalleybotanicals.com or update your address through your account (if available). Address changes will take effect immediately. We are not responsible for missed deliveries or refunds if you do not update your address prior to the next shipment.
5. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions will automatically renew based on the interval you selected at checkout (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, six monthly). Your subscription is considered a single sales contract for regular delivery of goods.
You may cancel your subscription after the completion of two billing cycles. Cancellation before this period is not permitted. Once canceled, no further products will be shipped. Early

6. Subscription Plans
Subscription plans include an initial charge followed by recurring periodic charges as selected by you. By subscribing, you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until cancellation.
The initial payment is processed at checkout. Subsequent payments will be scheduled based on the dispatch date of the previous subscription order. For example, if the previous order was dispatched on August 1, 2024, and the subscription is set to a two-month frequency, the next billing date will be October 1, 2024.
7. Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, via your customer account. Access your account through the link provided in each subscription email or by logging into your account.
You may cancel your subscription after two billing cycles. The cancellation request will be processed immediately. For instance, if a one-month subscription starts on August 1, 2024, cancellation can be requested after the second payment on September 1, 2024.
8. Availability and Delivery
All orders are subject to availability. If a subscription item is out of stock, you will be notified via email (or another means if an email address is not provided). You may choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.
The delivery options selected for the initial order will apply to all subsequent subscription orders. If the initial order qualified for promotional next-day delivery, recurring orders will default to standard delivery unless otherwise requested. 9. Subscription Renewal
We reserve the right to cancel or modify your subscription at our sole discretion. We may choose not to renew your subscription without providing reasons.
